The College has Following Associations
The principal is the Patron and President of all the Associations. He will nominate the Vice- Presidents from the departments concerned. The Secretaries shall be the representatives of the second year degree classes.
However, the secretaries of Language Associations will be elected from and by the students of the First year and Second year classes offering the respective language courses during the academic year. They will, with the prior permission of the Principal, arrange the Association meetings.
Parent Teachers Associations (PTA)
Teachers Association was started in this college from its inception. The Parents of every student are the members of the association in addition to all the teachers of this college. The general body meeting of the PTA is convened once a year and the executives of this association meet at least three times ^ayear. Department-wise PTA meeting is also convened (Z times. PTA plays a supportive role in the running of the college and its members involve themselves in the overall development of the students.
Alumni Association
All the students who have studied in St.Jude's College are members of the association and are encouraged to involve themselves in the programmes conducted by and for them. Every student who leaves the college is registered in the association and later he/she can become an active memberof the association by paying a fee prescribed from time to time. Periodic meetings of the Alumni are held in the campus for sharing and guiding the current students.
Women's Hostel
There is a hostel-St. Jude's Hostel for girl students.It can accommodate around 100 Students. The Principal is the warden of the hostel. The hostel has its own rules and regulations.
Jude's Academy For Competitive Skills
The College provides sufficient input to the students to prepare for competitive examinations for higher studies and employment in the form of training and soft skills. Government of India, in its effort to develop the socio-economic condition of the people belonging to Minority communities in the country, has evolved a novel scheme through UGC of imparting Coaching Classes for the students to Government services and private sector jobs.
